Mission

The Youth Offender Re-Entry Program mission is three-fold:

1. Create safe communities by utilizing an integrated system of care for youth and their families
   
   
2. Implement best practices to build a cohesive therapeutic environment that reduces juvenile incarceration, recidivism, and substance use
   
   
3. Empower juveniles and promote accountability by strengthening families and communities
