About Us

The Cobb County Community Services Board and the Douglas County Community Services Board (CSB) provide mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disease services to residents of Cobb, Douglas, and Cherokee Counties in Georgia.  Together, we serve over 14,000 annually.

Program Eligibility for Youth

• 14-18 years of age
• Must have been released from incarceration during the past 60 days or scheduled to be released soon
• Must have substance abuse history or current substance use
• Must reside in Cobb or Douglas counties, GA
