The Youth Offender Re-entry Program addresses the needs of sentenced substance-abusing juveniles who are returning from incarceration through assessment, transition planning, systems coordination, treatment, and follow-up.

Funding is provided by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration).
